Magical Memories: Alaleh Weds Saeed

And they lived happily ever after…

The incredible Saeed and Alaleh had their jaw-dropping Persian wedding with their family and friends not long ago. It was so touching to witness how close they all are and how integrated they are with eachother’s families. I loved shooting their love at Caversham House, this location never ceases to amaze me.

The couple are Persian, so their beautiful big Persian wedding was nothing short of excellent. Honouring Bahai traditions, the ceremony was incredibly intimate and heartfelt. We then explored around and took some amazing candid shots before we made our way to Crown Astral for the reception! I snuck into the reception before all the guests arrived to capture the eye-catching decorations.

The reception was a fairytale in it’s own right. There were some light-hearted speeches and some unique dance moves. A night to remember for sure.

A Gorgeous Millbrook Winery Wedding: Meaghan Weds Jake

Not long ago, I had the pleasure of shooting a stunning wedding at Millbrook Winery. Getting into one of my nostalgic moods, I am still reminiscing on how wonderful that experience was. The view of the hills and the tranquillity of the estate is definitely one of a kind. I was so ecstatic when the lovebugs, Meaghan and Jake, got in touch with me to capture their special day!

We started our day capturing some candid and authentic moments of both the bridal and grooms party getting ready. Sometimes the most priceless moments can be captured during this part of the day.

The wedding ceremony was truly breathtaking, the couple were joined by their close circle and the day was definitely a joyous toast to their union and future happiness. Who can forget the reception? Ahhh yes! The day was then followed with lots of laughs, emotional and heartfelt speeches and obviously some awesome dance moves.

A Love Like No Other: Ina Weds James

What a magnificent way to start your forever tale together! Congratulations to the gorgeous couple, Ina and James, on their incredible ceremony and celebration. This lovely couple are from London, UK but decided to have their wedding here in Perth because James’ family is based here. James is of Malaysian background and Ina is Korean, so their love story is infused with the best of both worlds! I was so enamoured by their story and how they found each other, love really does always find its way.

The intimate wedding was held at the popular St. Michael Archangel in Leederville. It is renowned for it’s amazing interior and arrangement, and I was pleased to be able to capture it’s grandness on Ina and James’ special day.

After the ceremony, we went on a little adventure around Perth City and UWA for some fun filled, candid shots.

We then made our way to the reception held at Matilda Bay. The rest as they say was history, there was dancing, heartfelt speeches and of course endless laughs. What a day to remember.

Opulent Destination Wedding For Lauren & Adon

A love story that takes us across the country. Let me tell you about the opulent wedding of the beautiful Lauren and her husband to be, Adon. This gorgeous couple is based in Perth, but have a lot of family in Melbourne. The date was locked in and we were flown over to the other side of Australia for what was set to be a breathtaking ceremony and celebration.

Lauren and Adon have an indescribable romance that made my job so rewarding. As you know, I love capturing love, it’s why I do what I do! On the day of the wedding, we were on the beach of Port Fairy which is about a three hours drive from Melbourne. The affair was an incredibly intimate one and the atmosphere was filled with so much joy, in my opinion this is what weddings are all about.

Ah and the beautiful reception, this part of the occasion was held in a rental house. The couple was again surrounded by a really tight knit group of family and friends, where tears and laughter was shared and everyone had a toast to the future of Lauren and Adon – what a night!

I would have to say the highlight for me was the crazy bouquet toss, the bride tossed the flowers over the balcony and one of her bridesmaid’s happened to have caught it….. and then ended up in the bush! Talk about memorable!
